Field Relationship Executive

Role Overview

The Field RM will be responsible for engaging with qualified wedding customers and families, understanding their wedding requirements and connecting them with relevant Wed Assist services. The role will involve extensive customer interaction and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

· Meet customers and families to understand their wedding requirements.

· Handle qualified leads generated through the Wed Assist / Matrimony ecosystem.

· Understand requirements including wedding date, location, budget, guest count and services required.

· Explain Wed Assist offerings and recommend suitable services.

· Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers.

· Coordinate with Service RMs for further service conversion.

· Generate customer interest and ensure smooth handover of qualified requirements.

· Follow up with customers and families throughout the decision-making process.

· Handle customer objections and queries.

· Coordinate with venues, vendors and internal teams wherever required.

· Maintain accurate customer information and activities in CRM.

· Achieve assigned customer engagement and conversion targets.

Experience & Skills

· 1+ years of experience in Field Sales / Relationship Management / Customer Handling.

· Experience in Wedding, Hospitality, Events, Real Estate, BFSI, Matrimony or similar customer-facing industries preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Comfortable with field travel.

· Good negotiation and convincing skills.

· Tamil and English communication preferred.

· Customer-centric approach and professional grooming.
