We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven POC to manage merchant operations, activations, and on-ground execution across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage merchant relationships and store coordination.
• Drive onboarding, deployment, verification, and activations.
• Ensure timely completion of BAU operational charters and store visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Support new deployments, campaigns, and operational rollouts.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant management, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with field travel and fast-paced operations.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Field-intensive role. Compensation as per industry standards.
