Job Description – Loan Department Executive

Job Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our Loan Department as Loan Executives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans.

• Identify potential customers and collect basic loan-related information.

• Contact salaried and self-employed customers.

• Maintain daily lead reports and follow up with interested customers.

• Coordinate with the telecalling team and loan processing partners.

• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work towards monthly targets.

Salary: ₹7,000 per month fixed + applicable incentives, subject to company policy.

Performance Target: Minimum 20 qualified leads and 5 successful loan disbursements per month.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Office-based, Durgapur.
