Position: Sales / Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

Vista Furnishing is looking for dynamic and motivated Sales / Senior Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through franchisee and field channels, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the franchisee sales network in the assigned territory.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 2–6 years of experience in franchisee sales, channel sales, or field sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the territory.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
