We are growing our field operations in the Gurugram/NCR region and seek a dynamic professional to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field operations at construction / project sites, ensuring that activities align with project plans, quality standards and timelines.

• Act as the on-site lead for the company: liaise with contractors, sub-vendors, labour teams, suppliers; maintain smooth operations.

• Monitor daily site progress and report to project managers/head office: status updates, bottlenecks, material usage, manpower attendance.

• Ensure implementation of health, safety and environment (HSE) protocols on site; identify and escalate safety issues or compliance gaps.

• Conduct quality inspections, identify defects or deviations from plan, coordinate rectification and closure.

• Maintain logs/documentation: daily work reports, site diaries, attendance records, material consumption and delivery records.

• Travel frequently to site(s) as required within the region; willingness to work extended hours, when site demands require.

• Provide feedback from the field on process improvement, logistical issues, workforce or supply chain challenges; work with head office to refine operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related technical field — OR equivalent relevant field experience.

• Minimum 2-4 years of on-site field operations / site supervision experience in a construction or real-estate project environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (labour, contractors, suppliers, management).

• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise field work, manage time and multiple tasks under pressure.

• Technical aptitude: able to read basic site drawings, understand construction schedules and quality standards.

• Comfortable working in field conditions, travelling to site(s), working flexible hours when required.

• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of local dialects or regional languages a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed annual salary in the range of ₹12,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 depending on experience.

• Regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; field-based role with site travel.

• Travel allowances / site allowances (if applicable) will be provided as per company policy.
