Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Field Executive to perform on-site tasks including client visits, data collection, sales, service delivery, or field inspections. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients/customers at various locations as per schedule.

Conduct field surveys, collect data, and submit accurate reports.

Deliver products/services to customers, as applicable.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Coordinate with internal teams for task execution or issue resolution.

Maintain proper documentation and report daily activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, or queries professionally.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years of fieldwork experience (freshers may apply).

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Time management and self-discipline.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps.

Sales or service skills depending on the role.

Language: Local language proficiency is a must.

Other Requirements: Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (if required).
