Job Description:

Urban Company ka naya vertical Intsmaids launch ho gaya hai, jisme hum 15 minutes mein maid provide kar rahe hain customers ko.

Aapka role hoga, maids (partners) ko phone app ka use karna sikhana, unki dikkat solve karna, aur dhyaan rakhna ki maids/partners customers ke location par time pe pahuch rahe hain aur quality service de rahe hain.

Aapko hotspots monitor karna hoga Jahan maids customer ke demand ke hisaab se wait karte hain. Har hotspot ke beech 400-500 meters ka distance hoga, toh aapko travel karte rehna hoga har hotspot par.

Aapko dhyaan rakhna hoga ki koi bhi partner/maid Urban Company na chhode kabhi.

Aapko 95% delivery target achieve karna hoga by ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Shifts & Timing:

Rotational shifts: 7 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 8 PM (shifts har week ya month rotate hongi)

6 days working, 1 fixed off

Ye role fully field-based hoga, Matlab aap mostly bahar field par kaam karenge, field par hamara koi infra nahi hota hai.

Joining Process:

Telephonic round

In-office offline interview

Ground briefing (2-3 hours) to explain the role in detail

Salary Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000

PF (Provident Fund): ₹1,800

Incentive: ₹5,000 based on performance

Basic Requirements:

Aapko 11 working hours per day kaam karne mein comfortable hona chahiye.

Marathi aur Hindi mein fluent hona chahiye (basic English bhi chalega).

Aapko communication skills achi honi chahiye.
