We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Urban Company. The role requires candidates who are skilled in field visits, meeting and interacting with potential candidates, and building strong relationships with domestic help workers (maids).
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned field areas to identify and connect with maid/domestic help candidates
Explain the job opportunity, benefits, and process to interested candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
Support end-to-end onboarding of hired candidates
Maintain daily records of field visits and hiring progress
Training:
Selected candidates will receive 2 days of on-job training, where they will learn the hiring process by working directly in the field alongside the team.
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Comfortable with daily field work and travel
Prior experience in field sales/hiring/recruitment preferred but not mandatory
