Role Overview

Urban Company is expanding its InstaHelp (instant household services) category and looking for high-energy Business Development Associates (BDAs) to drive on-ground supply acquisition and operations.

This is a field-intensive role where you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating service professionals, while solving real-time supply challenges to ensure seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Activations (BTL)

• Execute field activations, area mapping, and local outreach

• Identify high-potential zones for supply acquisition

• Drive walk-ins, referrals, and direct sourcing through ground efforts

2. Supply Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify and onboard service professionals (helpers/domestic workers)

• Pitch Urban Company’s value proposition and onboard partners

• Ensure quick turnaround from lead → onboarding → activation

3. Field Execution & Hustle

• Work extensively on the ground (markets, residential areas, hotspots)

• Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets

• Ensure strong pipeline through continuous field effort

4. Problem Solving on Ground

• Solve real-time supply challenges in assigned areas

• Improve conversion and reduce drop-offs in onboarding funnel

Eligibility & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work extensively on the field

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Comfortable with a 6-day work schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹27,000 per month
