Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Field Relationship Executive to join our field team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a focus on expanding our property management and real estate services. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through field work and direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and relationship-building with property owners, landlords, and potential clients.
Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their property management needs, present our services, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for business expansion.
Field Visits: Regularly visit properties, meet with clients, and conduct site inspections to assess property conditions and discuss management plans.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining tailored property management solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the property management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide customized property management solutions.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and field visits.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area for client meetings and site visits.
