Job Title: Field Executive – Student Placement (Education Sector)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to support student placement activities. The role involves interacting with students and parents, guiding them through college admissions, and building strong relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local communities to identify prospective students

• Counsel students and parents on courses, career options, and college selection

• Promote partner colleges and their programs

• Coordinate with colleges for admissions, seat availability, and documentation

• Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into admissions

• Maintain records of student data and admission progress

• Ensure smooth completion of the admission process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 6months – 2 years of experience in field sales, education counseling, or marketing

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Willingness to travel

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)

• Experience in the education or EdTech sector
