Seeking a strategic & Enthusiastic employee to Create and articulate the company’s product vision and product road map to build company revenue, efficiency and exceptional customer experience.

·         Visiting directly to the client home for collections and recovery of the due payments.

·         Maintaining healthy relationship with customers.

·         Will be working on targets.

·         Must be flexible so that, can adjust with the organization structures and process.

·         Keep on track of customer to recover the payment.

·         Educating customers about the draw backs of not repaying loans and converting their mind-set towards making payments.

Basic requirements include:

·         Must be willing to work with team members.

·         Languages known: Kannada, English (Any other language would be an added advantage).

·         Minimum qualification: 10th Pass & above.

·         Must have two-wheeler vehicle.

·         Age Limit: 20 Above.

·         Salary as per the company standards.(Basic+ Petrol conveyance +Incentives)
