We are looking for a Field Officer to join our team "PA Facilities & Infra Services". The role requires candidates who are skilled in building.

Go to the field and source manpower :

Visit various locations to identify manpower requirements.

Source suitable and skilled manpower as per client needs.

Verify documents and ensure availability of manpower.

Maintain proper records of manpower hiring and development.

Go to the field and get vendor contracts :

Identify and evaluate new vendors in the market.

Negotiate terms and finalize vendor contracts.

Ensure contract terms, pricing, deliverables, and conditions are clearly defined.

Maintain good vendor relationships and monitor performance.
