Field Executive

Job Summary
Sightsavers India is hiring enthusiastic and confident Face-to-Face Fundraisers to engage directly with the public and raise funds for our mission to eliminate avoidable blindness and promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities. The role involves meaningful one-on-one interactions in public spaces to inspire long-term support for our cause.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with the public through face-to-face interactions in assigned locations
• Represent Sightsavers India professionally and communicate its mission and impact
• Encourage individuals to sign up as regular or one-time donors
• Build trust and maintain positive, respectful conversations
• Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets
• Accurately capture donor information as per data protection guidelines
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to approach and speak with new people
• Positive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long hours
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory
