Job Title: Field Executive – Contractor & Labour Hiring

About the Role
LabourHome India is looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with construction contractors, builders, project managers and laborers to expand our workforce network and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders and project managers.
Identify labor and workforce requirements at construction sites.
Connect with skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers.
Generate new business leads and develop strong client relationships.
Promote LabourHome India's contractor hiring and workforce solutions.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain daily field visit reports and update lead information.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Build a strong network of contractors and laborers in the assigned area.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in field sales, business development or customer acquisition.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of the local market and nearby areas.
Ability to meet contractors and clients confidently.
Must have a personal bike and valid driving license.
Must have a smartphone with internet access.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Job Details
Location: Patna, Chhoti Beldalpur
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹21,000 per month
Experience: 6 months – 4 years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Education: Open to all education levels
