Job Role

We are looking for an energetic Growth Specialist to support marketing activities, market analysis, and business growth initiatives for Hygienic Research Institute Pvt. Ltd. The candidate should be comfortable travelling within the assigned location and interacting with customers, retailers, and market contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct marketing activities in the assigned areas.

Visit retailers, distributors, customers, and market locations regularly.

Promote company products and create brand awareness.

Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor details.

Analyse market trends and share updates with the reporting manager.

Support lead generation and business development activities.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Maintain daily visit reports and activity updates.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and retail partners.

Skills Required

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of FMCG products and marketing.

Ability to analyse market feedback and competitor activities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable travelling within Poonamallee, Anna Nagar, and Avadi.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
