We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) for BTL (Below The Line) activity to help onboard maids/housekeeping staff.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work in the field and connect with potential candidates.

Convince and onboard maids/househelp to join the platform/company.

Generate daily walk-ins and successful registrations.

Incentive Structure:

₹3100 incentive for every successful onboarding.

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Requirements:

Comfortable with field work and direct interaction with people.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Self-motivated and target oriented.
