Job Role OverviewThe Service Field Officer will be responsible for visiting Paytm merchant stores, solving their service-related queries, ensuring proper usage of Paytm devices/services, and maintaining good merchant relationships.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned merchant stores on a daily basis.Resolve merchant queries related to Paytm QR, Soundbox, settlement, or app-related issues (no installation or sales).Provide basic training to merchants on how to use Paytm services.Collect feedback from merchants and update the system.Maintain daily visit report and follow-up status.Ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.🔹 Eligibility & SkillsMinimum 10th pass (Graduate also preferred)Good communication and customer-handling skillsBasic knowledge of smartphone apps (Paytm app usage)Must be comfortable with field visits / local travelIf candidate should have own bike then well and good and smartphone mendatoy
