Grando Solar is looking for a dynamic and motivated Solar Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating leads, and closing sales in assigned areas.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial) in the field
Explain solar products, benefits, and cost savings
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Conduct site visits and basic assessments
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients

🧑‍💼 Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or graduate
Experience in sales (solar/field sales preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati)
Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
Willingness to travel locally
