Daily Visit Target: Number of client visits completed per day.
Policy Sales/ Renewal Rate: The percentage of visits resulting in a new policy sale or renewal.
Customer Satisfaction: Measured through client feedback or surveys.
Claims Assistance Effectiveness: Timeliness and accuracy in assisting clients with claims.
Documentation Accuracy: The completeness and accuracy of information entered into the system.
