Field Executive

We are a real estate brokerage firm looking for a part‑time field sales executive to handle on‑ground property work in Andheri West. No office visit required – all coordination will be through phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit properties for photos, videos, basic measurements and condition check.

• Coordinate and conduct site visits with tenants/buyers and owners as scheduled.

• Collect building/society information and generate local leads.

• Verify basic property details from owners/societies (area, rent/price, availability, amenities).

• Share visit updates, photos, videos and feedback on WhatsApp in real time.

• Maintain a simple visit log (Google Sheet/WhatsApp format) for daily/weekly reporting.

Work Area & Timings

• Primary area: Andheri West (Lokhandwala, Oshiwara, Versova, DN Nagar, JVPD belt).

• Occasional nearby visits (Jogeshwari/Goregaon, etc.) with travel reimbursement.

• Part‑time, flexible timings; each site visit usually takes around 1–2 hours.

• Work only on days when visits/field tasks are assigned.

Compensation

• Fixed stipend: ₹5000 per month (based on experience and performance).

• Incentive: 10% share from broker’s commission on successful deals where you handle the field work.

• Travel reimbursement for every visit as per agreed rates/actuals.

Requirements

• Own 2‑wheeler preferred or ability to travel comfortably within Andheri West.

• Smartphone with good camera, WhatsApp and basic Google Maps usage.

• Decent communication skills (Hindi/English; local language a plus).

• Honest, punctual and comfortable working independently on field.

• Prior field/real estate or delivery/collection experience is an advantage; motivated freshers with field interest are also welcome.
