Field Executive – Solar

We are hiring Field Executives to promote residential solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit homes, residential areas, societies and local markets in the assigned area.

• Conduct door-to-door marketing and generate genuine customer leads.

• Explain solar panels, installation process and PM Surya Ghar scheme benefits to customers.

• Interact with homeowners and understand their requirements.

• Collect customer details and maintain lead records.

• Participate in local promotional activities and awareness camps.

• Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.

• Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

• Submit regular reports on field activities and leads.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Experience in field sales, marketing, telecom, FMCG, banking, insurance, real estate or solar will be an advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and regular field travel.

• Basic smartphone knowledge required.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  

Important

This is a field-based job. The candidate must be comfortable travelling daily within the assigned area of Kanpur and interacting directly with customers.
