Our company provides security manpower services. We are looking for a candidate to join our company as a Field Supervisor with knowledge and experience in this field. His duties are as follows:
Supervise and manage all security guards on duty.
Assign duty posts and prepare shift schedules.
Ensure guards follow discipline, uniform, and company rules.Conduct regular patrols to check safety and security
Handle emergency situations (fire, theft, accidents, etc.)
Maintain daily reports and incident records
Coordinate with clients and management regarding security issues
Train new guards and guide existing staff
Ensure proper use of security equipment (CCTV, registers, etc.)
Verify attendance and maintain duty rosters
Take quick action on complaints or suspicious activities
