Field Executive

Job Summary

Star Publicity is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Field Executive to join our team. This is a non-sales role focused on conducting field visits for site recce (site inspections), capturing photographs of hoardings/billboards, and measuring their dimensions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits across Punjab for advertising campaign recce.

• Capture clear and accurate photos of hoardings/billboards and surrounding areas.

• Measure and record the dimensions of advertising boards with precision.

• Prepare and submit daily reports with details of visited sites, measurements, and photographs.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding assigned locations, schedules, and routes.

• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

• Maintain professionalism when interacting with site owners or local authorities, if required.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

• Must have a valid driving license and preferably own a two-wheeler.

• Good knowledge of Punjab’s local areas, routes, and navigation.

• Comfortable using a smartphone for photography and basic data entry.

• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively across Punjab.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
