Job Description: Field Executive

(Work from Field & Office Coordination)

Role Overview

We are looking for an active, responsible, and target-oriented Field Executive to handle on-ground client visits, lead follow-ups, and service coordination. This role requires regular field work along with daily reporting and coordination with the office team.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Field Work & Client Visits

• Visit prospective and existing clients as per daily schedule.

• Explain company services clearly and professionally.

🔹 Lead Follow-ups & Conversion

• Follow up on leads provided by the office/telecalling team.

• Convert field visits into confirmed business.

🔹 Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with office team through Calls, WhatsApp.

• Share client requirements and feedback with management.

🔹 Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain daily visit records, client details, and follow-up status.

• Submit Daily Work Report (DWR) including visits done, leads converted, and pending follow-ups.

🔹 Brand Representation

• Represent the company brand professionally at client locations.

• Maintain discipline, honesty, and proper behavior during field work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience:

• Field sales / field executive / service industry experience preferred.

✔ Communication Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic understanding of English).

• Polite, confident, and convincing nature.

✔ Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or reporting formats.

• Ability to send professional WhatsApp messages and emails.

✔ Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with regular field work.

• Two-wheeler preferred.

✔ Education:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.

Work Environment

🚶 Field-Based Role: Majority field work with office coordination
📊 Reporting: Daily reporting to management is mandatory.

🕘 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
