About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive. The Field Executive will be responsible in communicating with potential clients.
Skills Required
· Coordinate and conduct site visits for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
· Accompany clients to property sites and provide detailed project walkthroughs.
· Schedule and manage client appointments for property visits.
· Ensure properties and sample units are presentable before client visits.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits.
· Address client queries related to the project and provide accurate information.
· Collect and document client feedback after visits and share it with the concerned team.
· Maintain records of site visits and client interactions.
Note: This role focuses on client site coordination and property presentations. It does not include sales targets or revenue-based responsibilities.
