Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Executive to manage on-ground operations, client visits, and field coordination. The candidate will be responsible for representing the company at client locations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client locations for service delivery, verification, or business development
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of field operations
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Submit daily field reports and updates to management
Handle on-site issues and provide quick resolutions
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks/projects
Collect documents, payments, or required data from clients (if needed)
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in field conditions
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Strong problem-solving attitude
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license
Knowledge of local area is preferred
