About the Project

The Bosch Extra Loyalty Program by Bosch is a reward-based initiative aimed at engaging workshops and mechanics through incentives, loyalty points, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll automobile workshops and mechanics into the Bosch Extra Loyalty Program

• Visit workshops in assigned areas and build strong relationships

• Assist users with coupon scanning and redemption process

• Promote and market the Bosch loyalty program to increase participation

• Ensure regular engagement and activity from enrolled workshops

• Maintain daily reports and updates on field activities

Requirements

• Experience in automobile industry (four-wheeler preferred)

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Willingness to travel locally for field work

Mandatory Documents

• PAN Card

• Aadhaar Card

• Two-wheeler (mandatory)

• Valid Driving License

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Comfortable with field sales and direct interaction

• Basic understanding of mobile apps (for coupon scanning & redemption)
