### Job Title• - Insurance Sales Promoter

### Location - Petrol Pump / Fuel Station

### Reporting To

Sales Supervisor / Branch Manager

### Job Summary

The Insurance Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to customers visiting the petrol pump. The role involves generating leads, explaining policy benefits, assisting customers with applications, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers visiting the petrol pump.

• Explain features, benefits, and coverage details of insurance products.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into policyholders.

• Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the insurance company and branch team for policy issuance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Display promotional materials and maintain the sales kiosk/counter.

### Required Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

• Fresher and experience both can apply

### Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and influence customers.

• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training can be provided).

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

### Experience

• Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.

• 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

### Working Hours

• As per petrol pump operational requirements and shift schedule.

• Salary :- 13k to 20k

### Compensation

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses.
