Key Responsibilities
• Drive Home Loan business across the assigned territory.
• Lead and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams.
• Monitor business, recovery, collections, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure timely hiring, training, and team development.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, HR, Litigation, and other support functions.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping.
• Ensure compliance with recovery SOPs and audit requirements.
Required Skills
• Strong leadership and team management
• Sales and business development expertise
• Knowledge of Housing Finance, Credit, Recovery & Collections
• Excellent local language communication
• Result-oriented with strong execution skills
