Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Visit customers and explain loan products, eligibility and process.

• Identify new customers through field visits, references and local market activities.

• Build relationships with customers, builders, brokers and property dealers.

• Collect customer and property-related documents.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.

• Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the vacancy.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to work in the field.

• Bike and valid driving licence mandatory.

• Knowledge of the local area preferred.
