Job Title: Company Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our FMCG products in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market. The role involves extensive field visits and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily.

• Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Identify and onboard new customers and retail outlets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Ensure product availability, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets.

• Collect orders and coordinate with distributors for timely delivery.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Collect payments as per company policy.

• Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.

• Execute promotional activities and support marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of the local market.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
