Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Executive who is energetic, confident, and customer-focused to support our business development and field operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, generating leads, explaining company products/services, building customer relationships, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers as per assigned field plan.
- Generate new leads through field visits and direct customer interaction.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the Telecalling/Sales team for lead conversion.
- Collect and update customer information and field visit reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and review meetings as required.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding field activities and progress.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits.
Eligibility & Skills
- Education: 10+2 or Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; up to 3 year of field sales/customer-handling experience preferred.
- Age: 20 years and above.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, Excel/Google Sheets, and online reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
Work Requirements
- Must have a personal smartphone.
- Good knowledge of the local area/market will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred, if applicable to the assigned territory.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Salary and incentives will depend on interview performance, experience, and achievement of assigned targets.
