AllMiles and GoaMiles are sister concerns, working together to redefine urban mobility through innovative, technology-driven transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and meet taxi drivers at designated locations for vehicle onboarding.

• Explain the onboarding process, platform features, and requirements to taxi drivers.

• Identify and approach eligible taxi drivers for onboarding.

• Collect and verify the required driver and vehicle information/documents.

• Complete the end-to-end vehicle onboarding process on the company’s system.

• Ensure all required details are accurately entered into the platform.

• Assist drivers in resolving queries or issues during the onboarding process.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful activation of onboarded vehicles.

• Follow up with drivers wherever additional information or documentation is required.

• Maintain accurate records and daily reports of drivers and vehicles onboarded.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for drivers throughout the onboarding process.

• Travel within the assigned area/territory as required for driver meetings and onboarding activities.

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and onboarding guidelines.
