Job Description

Dreagency is looking for a confident, target-oriented and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to acquire new clients and generate business opportunities for our digital marketing services.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting business owners, identifying potential clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field visits, networking and direct outreach.

• Visit businesses, including clinics, hospitals, real estate companies, manufacturers, coaching institutes and other potential clients.

• Promote Dreagency's services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development and Lead Generation.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver service presentations and negotiate deals.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reports of field visits, leads and meetings.

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, IT Sales or Business Development.

• Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to approach business owners and decision-makers confidently.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with field visits.

• Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
