Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, client meetings, site visits, presentations, and door-to-door marketing.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research the market and develop creative sales strategies to increase revenue.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
Maintain, update, and expand the client database efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Real Estate, Banking, Telecom, Insurance, or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals independently.
Strong understanding of different sales techniques and customer handling methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email communication).
