We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Verification & Inspection Executive who will handle data checking, field/site inspection, and report preparation work. The candidate should ensure accuracy, authenticity, and proper documentation of all records.
Verify and cross-check data entries for accuracy.
Validate documents and records as per company guidelines.
Identify errors or mismatched information and report to seniors.
Maintain proper documentation and update records regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification if required.
Visit sites/locations (if required) for physical verification.
Inspect products/properties/documents as assigned.
Capture photographs and collect required details during inspection.
Prepare inspection reports and submit within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Good observation and verification skills
Attention to detail
Two-wheeler and Licence is mandatory
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Strong communication skills
Honest & responsible attitude
