Position: Field Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Team Leader / Area Sales Manager

Role Objective

Assigned area me FMCG products ki sales badhana, new outlets add karna aur existing retailers se repeat orders generate karna.

Key Responsibilities

• Kirana stores, general stores, bakeries, pan shops, medical stores jaise GT outlets ko visit karna

• New outlets identify karke onboarding karna

• Regular order booking & billing coordination

• Product availability & visibility ensure karna

• Retailers ke saath strong relationship maintain karna

• Schemes, offers aur new launches retailers ko samjhana

• Competitor activity & market feedback report karna

• Daily visit & sales report submit karna

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily productive calls

• New outlet addition

• Monthly sales target achievement

• Repeat order percentage

• SKU placement & visibility

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 saal ka FMCG Field Sales experience mandatory

• General Trade handling ka experience

• Retailer dealing & negotiation skills

• Local market knowledge

• Two-wheeler & valid driving license compulsory

• Android smartphone hona chahiye

• Language: Hindi (basic English preferred)
