We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Credit Card Collections to manage and lead a team of field and/or tele-calling executives responsible for recovering overdue credit card payments. The ideal candidate will ensure performance targets are met while adhering to RBI and SBI compliance guidelines.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in credit card collections, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Strong knowledge of banking collections, RBI norms, and fair debt practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven leadership and people management abilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict recovery targets.
