We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You'll be responsible for meeting sales targets, building a strong pipeline, and representing our brand in the field.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand customer needs and pitch our products/services effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to travel as required
