Field Executive

Field Executive role at ColourDrive in Bangalore is a fully on-site position focused on managing home painting and renovation projects end-to-end. The job involves visiting customer homes to understand requirements, taking site measurements, capturing project details, and guiding customers on services. You will prepare quotations with internal team support, help finalize project scope, and coordinate execution between customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires actively monitoring on-site work to ensure quality and timely completion while acting as the single point of contact for customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in field sales or site-related roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable with daily field visits and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, site execution, home services, construction, interiors, or painting

• Two-wheeler mandatory for daily site visits

• Must be based in Bangalore or nearby areas

• Willing to travel across Bangalore for site visits and project execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable with daily field visits and on-site work

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

• Energetic, responsible, and execution-driven mindset

• Prior experience in customer-facing field roles is a plus
