Urgent Hiring – Field Executive (Home Painting Projects)

Location: Bengaluru (Field Work – Preferred Candidates from Whitefield, Marathahalli, KR Puram, Mahadevapura, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road & Electronic City | Local Travel up to 40–80 km)

Salary: ₹23,500 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to understand painting, waterproofing, and interior renovation requirements

• Take accurate site measurements, photos, and inspection details

• Explain ColourDrive services, prepare customers for the quotation process, and assist them throughout the sales journey

• Coordinate with customers, painters, contractors, and the internal operations team

• Ensure project quality, timelines, and excellent customer satisfaction

• Manage assigned projects from the first site visit until successful project completion

Eligibility

• ✔ 12th Pass / Graduate

• ✔ 6 Months – 4 Years of Field Sales, Customer Service, or Project Coordination Experience

• ✔ Two-Wheeler Mandatory

• ✔ Good Communication, Negotiation & Customer Handling Skills

• ✔ Basic Computer & Smartphone Knowledge

• ✔ Comfortable with Daily Field Visits across Bengaluru

• ✔ Preferred Candidates Residing in or Near Whitefield, Marathahalli, KR Puram, Mahadevapura, Bellandur, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, Indiranagar, or nearby areas

• ✔ Candidates with experience in Home Painting, Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Home Décor, Construction Materials, Real Estate, Building Materials, Waterproofing, Tiles, Electrical, Plumbing, or other Home Improvement industries will be given preference.

Candidates with B2C field sales, home improvement, construction, FMCG, telecom, banking, or insurance field sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
