We are looking for a Field Executive to carry out on-ground activities including customer visits, data collection, verification, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in the field.
Visit assigned locations/clients as per daily schedule
Collect and verify customer or candidate information
Conduct surveys, field verification, or mobilization activities
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports
Coordinate with office/team for task updates
Achieve assigned targets within timelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work on the field
Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)
Local area knowledge is an advantage
Time management
Problem-solving skills
Basic documentation skills
Customer handling
