Is role mein aapko apne assigned area mein spas, wellness centres aur related businesses ko identify karna, spa owners/managers se meeting karna aur unhe Chutkee App ke features aur benefits ke baare mein explain karna hoga.

Agar spa owner Chutkee ke saath onboard hone ke liye ready hota hai, to aapko us spa ko Chutkee App par list/onboard karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities

• Apne assigned area mein spas aur wellness centres find karna.

• Spa owner ya manager se direct meeting karna.

• Owner ko Chutkee App ke features, services aur business benefits ke baare mein samjhana.

• Owner ke questions aur concerns ko understand karke proper information provide karna.

• Interested spa owners ke saath regular follow-up karna.

• Owner agree karne ke baad spa ko Chutkee App par onboard/list karna.

• Spa ki required details collect karna, jaise:

  • Business name

  • Address

  • Contact details

  • Services

  • Pricing

  • Timings

  • Photos aur other required information

  Onboarded spa owners ke saath good business relationship maintain karna.

• Daily field visits aur meetings ka record maintain karna.

• Daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets achieve karna.

• Apne reporting manager ko regular updates dena.

Candidate Profile

• Candidate confident aur good communication skills wala hona chahiye.

• Field work aur daily travel karne mein comfortable hona chahiye.

• Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.

• Spa/wellness industry, field sales, business development ya merchant onboarding ka experience preferred hai.

• Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain agar unki communication aur convincing skills achhi hain.

• Smartphone aur mobile apps ka basic knowledge hona chahiye.

• Business owners se professionally baat karne aur unhe convince karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Self-motivated aur target-oriented hona chahiye.

Aapka typical day kuch is tarah hoga:

Area Visit → New Spas Find Karna → Owner Se Meeting → Chutkee App Explain Karna → Follow-up → Spa Onboarding → App Par Listing

Performance Targets

Performance ko mainly in points ke basis par measure kiya jayega:

• Daily spa/business visits

• Owner meetings

• New leads generated

• Successful spa onboardings

• Follow-ups

• Monthly onboarding target achievement

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary candidate ke experience aur skills ke according decide ki jayegi.

Performance-based incentives successful spa onboarding aur target achievement ke basis par available ho sakte hain.
