We Brick India Designers Pvt Ltd, Master Distributor in collaboration with Trillboards Inc New York USA are currently on-boarding the commercial tv screen owners on our platform for generating a second source of income to the Indian citizens, practically implementing and introducing this project to the commercial screen owners we require Operations Executives in all majors Cities of India.

Trillboards a free, software-only screen network that turns any existing TV in a business into digital billboard inventory. No hardware, no installs, no cost to the venue. They simply scan a QR code on their TV and instantly start displaying content and earning from ads.

We’re expanding internationally and looking for Ops Executives to launch local clusters of screens. Think of this like building the early Uber driver network in your city — only instead of cars, it’s TVs that already exist inside cafes, bars, salons, gyms, clinics, and other public-facing venues.

This is a local activation role and campaign, not remote-only marketing. You’ll be working with real venues and real screens, either doing quick installs yourself or recruiting part-time helpers (students, promoters, sales people) to do simple QR-based on-boarding.

What you’ll actually do

• Identify local venues with TVs (cafes, bars, gyms, salons, clinics, etc.)

• Show them how Tillboard works (scan QR → display ads → earn)

• Register venues/screens through your referral link

• Upload proof-of-play (photo of TV with Tillboards visible)

• Follow up if the TV goes offline (we notify you automatically)

• Coordinate payouts if you onboard your own subcontractors

Everything is done through our Partner Portal — you’ll see screen health, uptime, earnings, and payouts in one dashboard.

• Uptime stays above our threshold (we track this automatically) for e.g. 5 hours  60 days 300hours Minimum assured amount to screen owners, first payouts 67 days, then on words 30 cycle, through Razor Pay, directly to screen owners Bank Account.

• Clean venue info inside the portal

• Rs 25000/- Monthly Salary 8 to 10 verified install per day Total 200 to 250. Per Month.

• Fuel and Perks Allowance Rs 5000/- Per Month.

• Special incentives for top performers, weekly and monthly wise

• Special incentives after each screen stays online for 30 days

• Additional bonus tiers for volume

We begin with a 12-day paid trial to confirm fit (Minimum 8 installs in per day mandatory). With regular attendance for 12 days.
