Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Driver Hiring – Everfleet Project)
Location: [Noida]
Department: Field Sales / Operations
Job Description:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for the Everfleet project. The role involves field work where candidates need to hire drivers who will drive vehicles on platforms like Uber.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit different locations in the field to approach and hire drivers
Explain the Everfleet project and its benefits to drivers
Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets
Collect driver details and complete onboarding process
Explain rental plans, earning structure, and work process
Maintain daily reports and updates
Requirements:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass
Experience in field sales/marketing is preferred
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of smartphone usage
Comfortable with field work
