Job Description

We are hiring a Field Recruiter for Bounce Infinity with strong experience in two-wheeler rider hiring. The candidate must have on-ground recruitment experience with companies like Yulu, Zip Delivery, Rapido, or similar gig/delivery platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruit two-wheeler riders/drivers through field sourcing.

Visit rider hotspots, hubs, petrol pumps, and residential areas for on-ground hiring.

Verify candidate documents, driving license, and eligibility.

Complete rider onboarding and activation process.

Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.

Handle follow-ups and basic rider queries.

Maintain daily hiring reports and MIS.

Mandatory Requirements

Prior experience in two-wheeler field recruitment is compulsory.

Experience with Yulu / Zip / Delivery / Rapido or similar companies.

Good knowledge of Bellandur & Baswandi local areas.

Willingness to work in the field.

Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.
