Job Summary

We are looking for an active and responsible Field Executive to support branch operations and customer activities in the field. The candidate will visit customers, follow up on leads, coordinate with branches, and help in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and collect required documents and information

• Generate leads and support gold loan / gold buying activities

• Do regular follow-ups with customers and NBFC partners

• Coordinate with branch staff and report daily field updates

• Support marketing activities and local promotions

• Ensure proper communication with customers and maintain relationships

• Submit daily reports to the reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum: PUC / Any Degree

• Experience: 0–3 years in field work / sales / collections preferred

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

• Basic knowledge of Bangalore locations

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Kannada & basic English)

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Field work handling ability

• Responsible and punctual

• Basic mobile and reporting knowledge
