Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Job Summary:

Broad Vision World School is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to promote our school, engage with parents, communities, and institutions, and drive admissions through on-ground marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door and field marketing activities to promote the school.

• Visit residential areas, apartments, and corporate offices to create awareness about the school’s programs and facilities.

• Generate and follow up on leads for student admissions.

• Participate in local events, exhibitions, and educational fairs for school promotion.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community groups, and local influencers.

• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, pamphlets, etc.) and collect feedback from the public.

• Assist the admissions team by converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.

• Provide daily and weekly reports on marketing activities and outcomes to the management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong presentation and convincing skills

• Good lead generation and follow-up abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
