Key Responsibilities
Source used car loan business through dealerships, brokers, and direct customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers and channel partners.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
Conduct field visits for customer sourcing and dealer engagement.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
